Flag Harbor marina located on the Chesapeake Bay in Saint Leonard, MD

It is part of a condominium marina with 168 slips varying in size from 30-50 feet. Amenities include renovated docks with new electric and plumbing, heated /air conditioned bathrooms/showers, a swimming pool, a covered picnic pavilion with grills, a fish cleaning station, a dinghy dock with storage area and an on-site Marine Service. The condo association hosts various social events during the year for the slip owners and renters. The marina is in a great location for sailing, cruising or fishing – 32 miles south of Annapolis, 15 miles north of Solomons Island, 20 miles west of Oxford and minutes away from Parkers Creek and the Power Plant/Gas docks – some of the best fishing grounds on the Bay.

 

Slips are available for both sale and rent. Accommodations can be made for vessels caught in unexpected weather or experiencing mechanical problems on an emergency basis. A pump-out station is available at the Marine Service.

 

The marina and marine service are committed to minimizing pollution in the Bay.

Picnic Pavillion

The covered picnic pavilion and grills are available to Flag Harbor members/renters and their guests at any time unless reserved for special social events. The pavilion is used for FHCA social events and may be reserved by Flag Harbor members (slip owners only) for private parties. A request form must be filled out, given to the office, and approval received prior to the event.

 

 

Pavilion Rules

  • Guests must follow the general rules of the marina and pool posted on the bulletin board.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times!

  • No underage use of alcoholic beverages.

  • Areas must be left clean, all trash containers emptied in dumpster, trash removed from floors.

  • Grill fires must be extinguished and charcoal/ashes properly disposed of.

  • Music must be kept at a minimal volume.

  • No pets.

Swimming Pool

The pool is open every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 12:00pm to 7:00pm, weather permitting. Use of the pool is restricted to members/renters and their guests.  Pool passes are complimentary for slip owners and their immediate family.  Slip renters may purchase a pool pass from the condo office for $10 per person for the season.  Guests may swim for $2 per person for the day and may be paid for at the pool. Bathrooms with showers are adjacent to the pool.

 

Pool Rules

  • Use of the pool is prohibited when no Lifeguard is present.

 

  • Pool passes must be shown prior to entry.

 

  • Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at ALL times!
  • Members/renters must accompany their guests at all times.

 

  • No diving, running, pushing, or rough housing.

 

  • No glass containers in pool enclosure.

 

  • No pets in pool enclosure.

 

  • No smoking in pool enclosure.

 

  • Areas must be left clean after use.
